This is a brochure design for Diane Roadcap, a Pet Psychic located in the Virginia area.

The client hired a professional photographer for this job, but I ended up having to do a lot of post-production work on the photos to enhance their appearance and overall make them more attractive. I even painted makeup on Diane, removed some wrinkles, softened shine on her skin, and more.

Demographic is wealthy but sophisticated and contemporary in tastes. Type is large and legible, except in some areas where type is more tertiary and that's when it becomes smaller.

Typeface: Interstate & Thesis Serif

hey this is great! did you use illustrator for this?

i think there is a bit too much type for a brochure!! i like the colors too. :)

I know. There is a ton of copy. It was done in InDesign.

Looks pretty nice. I agree there may be a bit too much copy however this might be helped if you were to take the point size down a bit. In my opinion it looks as if you made it bigger to help fill space which doesn't bother be when you're looking at the full inside (bottom) but when you look at it page by page the type looks very large. Overall thought it looks nice. What does the client think?

Hardly. The demographic is OLD people. 10pt is just barely legible to elderly eyes.
